One of the best books that I discovered when I was on the G&S program was “Made to Crave” by Lysa Trkeurst. It was just one of those tools that really helped me begin to understand the bondage that food really held over my spiritual life with God. I loved how it wasn’t some boring self-help
I’m an impatient person. I always have been, and I’m working on that!
I want results, and I want them NOW! That was one of the aspects of Grace and Strength that was so appealing to me–the fast results. I found myself frustrated when I had small losses or stalls, and we won’t even
I’ve often found myself bouncing back out of a deep thought where I’ve completely lost track of time and everything around me. I can look back and remember a time when these kind of moments were predominately ugly and horrifying in nature and typically left me upset, cranky, irritable and ready to snap at anyone
